2:05:11 and 2:21:39 - Stanley Biwott and Tirfi Beyene won the Paris Marathon in new Course Records

Stanley Biwott, 26, of Kenya won the 2012 Paris Marathon this morning in 2:05:11 (PB) beating the old course record of 2:05:47 set by compatriot Vincent Kipruto in 2009.
He was also the winner of the Paris Half Marathon last month.

Tirfi Beyene, 28, of Ethiopia followed suit by winning the women's title in a new course record of 2:21:39 improving the old record of 2:22:04 set by Atsede Bayisa also of Ethiopia in 2010
