Ethiopia produces the top four World Leading male marathon runners as of end of Spring marathon season at Prague 2013

The start of the Volkswagen Prague Marathon this morning somewhat marked the end of the 'unusually cold' 2013 Spring marathon season  and lets take a glance at the ranking of the top ten World Leaders so far in 2013
